目的了解湖北省荆门市小学教师的健康素养水平状况,为针对性开展学校健康促进工作提供依据。方法采用多阶段分层PPS抽样方法,选取2个城区和2个县区,以简单随机抽样法各抽取6~8所公立小学,以一线任课小学教师为调查对象进行问卷调查。结果共调查小学教师500人,城乡各250人,男性教师157人(31.40%),女性教师343人(68.60%);调查对象平均年龄为(41.84±8.70)岁。荆门市小学教师的健康素养水平为54.00%,基本知识和理念、健康生活方式与行为以及健康技能的素养水平分别为77.20%、36.60%、61.40%。女性小学教师的素养水平较高(OR值为1.519,95%CI为1.009~2.287),30岁以下人群素养水平最高(OR值为2.338,95%CI为1.168~4.679)。结论荆门市小学教师健康素养水平较高,但健康生活方式与行为素养较低,未来需强化健康生活方式干预,提高教师的健康自我管理意识和能力。
Objective To understand the level of health literacy of primary school teachers in Jingmen City, Hubei Province, and to provide the basis for targeted health promotion in schools. Methods The multi-stage stratified PPS sampling method was used to select two urban districts and two county districts. Six to eight public primary schools were selected by simple random sampling method. Questionnaires were made on the first-grade primary school teachers. Results A total of 500 primary school teachers, 250 urban and rural residents, 157 male teachers (31.40%) and 343 female teachers (68.60%) were investigated. The average age of respondents was (41.84 ± 8.70) years old. The level of health literacy of primary school teachers in Jingmen City was 54.00%. The basic knowledge and philosophy, healthy lifestyles and behaviors, and literacy level of health skills were 77.20%, 36.60% and 61.40% respectively. Female elementary school teachers had a higher level of literacy (OR 1.519, 95% CI 1.009-2.287), and highest attainment in under-30s (OR 2.338, 95% CI 1.168-4.679). Conclusion Primary education teachers in Jingmen City have higher level of health literacy, but lower healthy lifestyle and behavior literacy. In the future, it is necessary to strengthen healthy lifestyle intervention and improve their self-management awareness and ability of health self-management.
