研究了含银粗铋真空蒸馏精炼的可能性和规律性。试验结果表明,采用真空蒸馏法精炼粗铋在技术上是可行的。所采用的工艺条件为:蒸馏温度900~950℃;时间15~20min;系统残余气体压强25~40Pa;熔体深度4~5.4mm。经一级真空蒸馏粗铋,产出率达98%以上,精铋中铁、铜含量低于一号精铋国家规定含量标准;要得到铅、银等杂质含量均低于1号或2号精铋国家规定含量标准的精铋产品,需采用多级真空蒸馏精炼粗铋。与传统工艺相比,含银粗铋真空精炼具有流程短、银回收率高、节约生产成本、改善劳动条件及提高劳动生产率等优点。
The feasibility and regularity of vacuum distillation refining of silver-containing crude bismuth were studied. The experimental results show that the vacuum distillation of crude bismuth is technically feasible. The process conditions used are: distillation temperature 900-950 ℃; time 15-20min; system residual gas pressure 25-40Pa; melt depth 4 ~ 5.4mm. After a vacuum distillation crude bismuth, the output rate of more than 98%, refined bismuth iron, copper content is lower than the national fine bismuth No. 1 national standards; to get lead, silver and other impurities are lower than the first or second fine Bismuth content requirements of the national standard bismuth products, the need to use multi-stage vacuum distillation crude bismuth. Compared with the traditional process, vacuum refining crude bismuth silver has the advantages of short process, high silver recovery rate, saving production costs, improving working conditions and improving labor productivity.
