一、概况我厂地处太湖风景区的交通要道,二轧车间是一个轧机为270×3/235×5小型轧钢车间。生产3~12×25~65普碳扁钢,年生能力为三万吨,车间原有一座人工加煤的连续加热炉,有效炉长14.6米,炉内宽2.8米,炉底有效面积为40.88米~2,设计产量8吨/小时,1982年燃煤年均单耗最低时为129.78公斤(实)/吨坯。在生产中,因该炉的燃烧不良,造成严重的环境污染。故于1982年将该加热改造列入厂重点改造项目。经一年零四个月来的生产实践,炉子的运行情况稳定,能够满足轧钢工艺要求,消烟除尘效果明显,达到了国家环保标准,煤耗也比人工加煤时降低。与此同时,既减轻了操作工人的劳动强度,也改善了工作环境,实现了改造设计的目的。
