氯化铵的测定方法通常采用过量碱蒸馏回滴法、硝酸银测定氯根法及甲醛测铵法三种。第一种方法,手续多、时间长;第二种方法结果偏高,因氯化铵目前还是从食盐和硫酸铵制造,在生产过程中不可免的掺进氯化钠,所以按氯化铵计算结果显然不正确。我厂是利用第三种方法测定氯化铵含量的,此方法也适用于硫酸铵的测定。1.原理:是根据甲醛与氧化铵作用生成六次甲基四胺,并放出氯化氢后用碱中和:
