分析了菥蓂子石油醚萃取物中的化学成分及其相对含量。菥蓂子乙醇提取物经石油醚萃取后,采用GC-MS法测定,通过NIST05谱库检索并通过分析,鉴定出多种化学成分。在此基础上按峰面积归一化法计算各化合物在挥发油中的相对百分含量。从菥蓂子石油醚萃取物中鉴定出24中化合物,其中相对含量最高的顺-7-十四烯醛为20.77%。油酸含量为9.14%,不饱和脂肪酸含量13.52%,不饱和化合物含量57.52%。菥蓂子石油醚萃取物中的化学成分包括烷烃、醇、醛及脂肪酸等化学成分。
The chemical constituents and the relative contents of the petroleum ether extract of Fructus Chinensis were analyzed. After the extraction of ethanol extract by petroleum ether, the ethanolic extracts were determined by GC-MS, and the chemical constituents were identified by NIST05 database search and analysis. On this basis, according to the peak area normalization method to calculate the relative percentage of each compound in the volatile oil. Twenty-four compounds were identified from the petroleum ether extract of Tartaricus, with the highest relative content of cis-7-tetradecenal being 20.77%. Oleic acid content of 9.14%, unsaturated fatty acid content of 13.52%, unsaturated compound content of 57.52%. The chemical composition of the razor clam petrol ether extract includes chemical components such as alkanes, alcohols, aldehydes and fatty acids.
