若让我们的课堂真正成为高效课堂,离不开两个重要方面:教师的精讲和学生的精练。精讲:就是要删除课堂教学的无效环节和落实“三讲三不讲”原则,即:学生会的不讲,学生自己能学会的不讲,讲了学生也不会的不讲;学生易混、易错、易漏的知识要讲,学生想不到、想不深、想不透的要讲,学生自己解决不了的要讲。精讲就是要减少教师的讲授时间,杜绝教学中的假问题,用真问题组织教学,切实引导学生进行深度思考,把单纯听讲的课堂变成思维的课堂,让每一个学生的思维
