为了验证新型螺旋挤压式固液分离机的固液分离效果、优化工作参数,设计正交试验,考察了牛粪尿TS值为10%时,变径螺旋轴分离段锥度、分离筛笼栅条间隙、螺旋轴转速、出料端部压力对机器分离效率、原料的固体去除率和机器能耗的影响情况。经过参数优化和试验验证,在螺旋轴分离段锥度2.68°、分离筛笼栅条间隙1mm、螺旋轴转速60r/min、出料端部初始压力3250N时,分离效率可达746.18kg/h,固体去除率可达49.84%,分离后固体的含水率为61%,分离效果较好。
In order to verify the solid-liquid separation effect of the new type of screw-type solid-liquid separator and optimize the working parameters, an orthogonal experiment was designed. When the cow manure urine TS value was 10%, the taper of the screw- Strip gap, screw shaft speed, discharge end pressure on the separation efficiency of the machine, the solid removal of raw materials and machine energy consumption impact. After the parameter optimization and experimental verification, the separation efficiency can reach 746.18kg / h when the taper of screw shaft separation section is 2.68 °, the clearance of sieve cage bar is 1mm, the screw shaft speed is 60r / min and the initial pressure of discharge end is 3250N. Removal rate of up to 49.84%, after the separation of solid water content was 61%, the separation effect is better.
