本文首次对超临界CO2法萃取天门冬种籽油的工艺进行了研究,考察并确定了最优萃取条件及分离条件,采用GC-MS法分析天门冬种籽油的主要成分并对其进行质量评价。结果表明,最佳工艺参数为萃取压力30MPa,萃取温度45℃,CO2流量20kg/h,萃取时间90min,分离釜Ⅰ压力8MPa,分离釜Ⅰ温度40℃,分离釜Ⅱ压力6MPa,分离釜Ⅱ温度40℃。用GC-MS法从超临界CO2萃取所得的天门冬种籽油中鉴定出16种成分,主要为油酸和亚油酸等。
In this paper, the technology of supercritical CO2 extraction of Asparagus seed oil was studied for the first time. The optimum extraction conditions and separation conditions were investigated and determined. The main components of Asparagus seed oil were analyzed by GC-MS and their quality was evaluated. Evaluation. The results showed that the optimum parameters were as follows: extraction pressure 30MPa, extraction temperature 45°C, CO2 flow rate 20kg/h, extraction time 90min, separation vessel I pressure 8MPa, separation vessel I temperature 40°C, separation vessel II pressure 6MPa, separation kettle II temperature 40°C. 16 components were identified from the asparagus seed oil obtained by supercritical CO2 extraction using GC-MS method, mainly oleic acid and linoleic acid.
