“地下电影”这一概念,是我们对那些不符合主流意识形态和价值观的电影赋予的一个标签,对于这一标签,可能多数人看到都会有种疏离感且不愿触及,因为它可能本身与主流价值观有某种背离,容易给人一种负面的印象。但从理论研究角度出发,本人认为我们对这一概念并无必要讳莫如深避之不及,而是应该坦然面对,不论是管理者、创作者还是受众,认真对这一现象进行分析和研究,从而端正我们对电影艺术创作及作品更客观的态度,提高我们认识和鉴赏电影艺术作品的水平。更重要的是,在国家意识形态及基本价值观的框架下,在尊重事实基础上,领会国家法律法规的真实意图,增强我们主动识别真伪的能力,更客观的认识并规范电影艺术创作,同时更好的指导我们的监管工作和创作思想。
