以Y乳品企业区域配送中心和销售商形成的两级下游供应链为研究对象,实地调研了Y乳企区域配送中心到销售商的运营模式及网络结构,采用网络DEA效率评价方法,探究Y乳企40个下游两级供应链的相对效率,构建打开黑箱的TPS模型.与经典CCR模型相比,TPS模型评价网络系统效率更合理,能更大程度帮助Y乳企改进下游两级供应链的效率.
