Like Chinese peers, many college students in Europe and the United States also choose to practice their abilities through internships in the summer and gain more work experience. Can be said that they are eager to accumulate more social and work experience than Chinese college students stronger. To understand the status of interns in Europe and the United States and their employers’ attitudes toward interns, the reporter interviewed Claudia Tattanelli, the president of U.S. company Univer- sum, a leading Swedish employer brand management consulting firm, who oversees Asian affairs. Reporter: What is the role of an intern in the human resources strategy of European and American companies and why the company is willing to recruit intern? Tattanelli: Students agree that internships in business are the best way for them to know their employer, and that students without internship experience Counselors who have interned in their favorite companies.
