通过锈蚀混凝土梁采用碳纤维增强材料(简称CFRP)加固前后的抗弯承载力试验,分析了二次受力、锈蚀两因素对钢筋混凝土梁承载力、刚度等方面的影响。研究结果表明,CFRP加固锈蚀钢筋混凝土梁,其承载力、刚度都有不同程度的提高,二次受力引起的CFRP布滞后应变将影响其高强抗拉强度的发挥,锈蚀钢筋混凝土梁材料力学性能的改变降低了CFRP布加固梁的抗弯承载能力。基于锈蚀钢筋混凝土梁材料力学特性,建立了CFRP布加固锈蚀混凝土梁受弯全过程的数值模拟技术,计算结果与试验结果符合较好,为今后锈蚀钢筋混凝土梁加固设计计算提供参考。
The corroded concrete beams were tested with CFRP before and after reinforcement, and the effects of secondary stress and corrosion on the bearing capacity and stiffness of RC beams were analyzed. The results show that the CFRP reinforced corroded RC beams have different bearing capacity and stiffness, and the lag strain caused by CFRP will affect the high strength tensile strength, and the mechanical properties of corroded RC beams The change reduces the flexural capacity of the CFRP sheet reinforced beam. Based on the mechanical properties of corroded RC beams, a numerical simulation technique of CFRP sheets for corroded RC beams is established. The calculated results are in good agreement with the experimental results, which provides a reference for the design and calculation of corroded reinforced concrete beams.
