对小鼠腹腔注射金葡液后 ,测定其血清碱性磷酸酶 (AKP)活力 ,以研究金葡液对血清 AKP活力的影响。结果发现 ,金葡液能显著提高小鼠血清 AKP的活力 ,其中对 2 0～2 2 g小鼠的作用效果尤为显著 ,与对照组比 ,提高了 63 .2 7% (P<0 .0 1 ) ;1 8～ 2 0 g和 1 6～1 8g小鼠分别提高了 3 9.5 0 % (P<0 .0 1 )和 1 9.2 3 % (P<0 .0 5 )。这一结果为金葡液效价测定研究提供了实验依据。
After intraperitoneal injection of gold-plated fluid, the activity of serum alkaline phosphatase (AKP) was measured in order to study the effect of gold-liquid on the activity of serum AKP. The results showed that the gold grapefruit liquid can significantly increase the activity of AKP in mice serum, especially in 20 ~ 2 2 g mice effect is particularly significant, compared with the control group, increased 63.27% (P <0 .0 1); 18.5% (P <0.01) and 1 9.23% (P <0.05) of mice raised from 18 to 20 g and from 16 to 18 g increased respectively. This result provides the experimental evidence for the determination of gold hydrous liquid titer.
