预测房价是升或降,好像变成了“多此一举”的事情。尽管国家一再出台相关政策,呼吁调控“发烧期”的房价。但随着中国经济的发展,人们对改善居住环境的刚性需求不断增强,投资者对中国经济长期看好,房价只涨不降,房源供不应求。
Predict the price is rising or falling, it seems to become “more than one move ” thing. Although the state has repeatedly introduced the relevant policies, called for regulation “fever period ” house prices. However, with the development of China’s economy, the rigid demand for improving the living environment has been continuously enhanced.
