本文研究了用硫氰酸钾和孔雀绿水相吸光光度法测定痕量锌的高灵敏的和良好选择性的新方法。在聚乙烯醇存在下,在0.04~0.12MHCl水溶液中,锌(Ⅱ)与KSCN和孔雀绿形成可溶性的复杂离子缔合物。λ_(max)=630nm,配合物的表观摩尔吸光系数为ε_(630nm)=8.6×0~5L·mol~(-1)·cm~_(-1),体系在0.5~8γ锌/50ml(10.5cm比色器)或0~4γ锌/50ml(1cm比色器)范围内符合比耳定律。方法已用于直接快速测定纯铝和某些铝合金中的痕量锌,获得满意结果。这是目前光度法测定锌的最灵敏方法。
In this paper, a new sensitive and selective method for the determination of trace zinc with potassium thiocyanate and malachite green by spectrophotometry was studied. In the presence of polyvinyl alcohol, zinc (II) forms soluble complex ion-association with KSCN and malachite green in 0.04 to 0.12M HCl aqueous solution. λ max = 630nm, the apparent molar absorptivity of the complex is ε 630nm = 8.6 × 0-5L · mol -1 cm -1, (10.5 cm colorimeters) or 0 to 4 gamma zinc / 50 ml (1 cm colorimeters). The method has been used to directly and quickly determine trace amounts of zinc in pure aluminum and some aluminum alloys, with satisfactory results. This is the most sensitive method for the determination of zinc by spectrophotometry.
