采用双喷静电纺丝工艺制备聚乳酸(PLA)串珠/纳米纤维复合滤膜,研究纤维形貌、串珠纤维添加量和过滤时间对滤膜空气过滤性能的影响。结果表明,在纳米纤维中加入串珠纤维可以使滤膜更加蓬松,形成空间曲折网状孔隙,有助于降低过滤阻力。随着串珠纤维含量的增加,过滤效率和阻力均先降低后升高,过滤品质因子则先升高后降低,表明串珠纤维的添加量存在恰当比例,含量过高反而会对综合过滤性能造成不利影响。随着过滤时间的延长,串珠/纳米纤维滤膜的过滤效率和阻力均逐渐升高,品质因子降低,但始终高于纳米纤维滤膜的品质因子。
The polylactic acid (PLA) beaded / nanofiber composite membrane was prepared by a twin-jet electrospinning process. The effects of fiber morphology, the amount of beaded fiber added and the filtration time on the air filtration performance of the membrane were studied. The results show that the addition of beaded fibers to the nanofibers can make the filter more fluffy and form zigzag-shaped pores, which helps to reduce the filtration resistance. With the increase of beaded fiber content, the filtration efficiency and resistance decreased first and then increased, while the filtration quality factor first increased and then decreased, indicating that there was an appropriate proportion of beaded fiber addition, which would adversely affect the overall filtration performance influences. With the prolongation of filtration time, the filtration efficiency and resistance of beaded / nanofiber membrane increased gradually, while the quality factor decreased, but always higher than the quality factor of nanofiber membrane.
