报告宜昌市某校学生、食堂工作人员及2名教师早餐中因食入混有桐油的菜油所炸的油饼后,全部发生急性中毒。经紧急救治后全部康复。1 临床资料1.1 一般情况共有62例中毒,男28例,女34例,年龄17~70岁,平均26岁。有25人住院治疗,其中男10例,女15例。均于食入油饼1小时左右发生不同程度的胃肠中毒症状。1.2 主要症状与体征全部患者出现腹痛、恶心、呕吐。腹痛表现为上腹或脐周隐痛,阵发性加重。呕吐胃内容物,1~5次不等,少数吐出胆汁。腹泻24例,泻1~2次粘液样稀便。查体大部分患者脐周或者上腹部有轻压痛,余无异常。1.3 化验检查在25例住院患者中,肝功、肾功、血常规、生化及电解质均正常,大便细菌培养均未查出沙门氏、志贺氏菌
