复方盐酸丁卡因滴眼液为医院常用制剂,临床主要用于治疗电光性眼炎。其处方组成为0.25%的盐酸丁卡因、0.25%的氯霉素及氯化钠和尼泊金乙酯。其定量分析通常采用容量分析法分别测定盐酸丁卡因和氯霉素的含量,操作较为繁琐、费时。我们采用导数光谱法不经分离直接测出盐酸丁卡因和氯霉素的含量。方法简便、快速。回收率满意。1 仪器与试药岛津 UV-2100型分光光度计;盐酸丁卡因、氯霉素、氯化钠均为注射规格;尼泊金乙酯为药用
Compound tetracaine hydrochloride eye drops for the hospital commonly used agents, the main clinical use for the treatment of electro-optic ophthalmia. The prescription consists of 0.25% tetracaine hydrochloride, 0.25% chloramphenicol and sodium chloride and parabens. Its quantitative analysis is usually used volumetric determination of tetracaine hydrochloride and chloramphenicol content, the operation is more cumbersome and time-consuming. We used direct derivative spectroscopy to measure the content of tetracaine hydrochloride and chloramphenicol without separation. The method is simple and fast.
