为改进以往产品概念设计过程模型中忽视人的需求、文化及美学要素的缺陷,在分析研究产品分层结构体系内涵的基础上,从工程学角度重新审视产品语义学这一概念与理论,对功能-行为-结构概念设计过程模型进行扩展,提出一种融合语义学的产品概念设计过程模型(CFBSS)。分析了模型中两个新要素(用户及产品语义)存在的理论依据,并对模型中各要素符号及其子要素符号进行详细定义。建立了涵盖工程设计与工业设计两大领域、普遍适用于工业及消费类产品的通用概念设计过程模型。以咖啡机设计为对象进行实例研究,分析了CFBSS概念设计过程模型的应用。
In order to improve the defects of human demand, culture and aesthetics elements in the process of product conceptual design process, based on the analysis of the connotation of product layered structure system, we reexamine the concept and theory of product semantics from the perspective of engineering Functional-behavioral-structural conceptual design process model, a product conceptual design process model (CFBSS) that combines semantics is proposed. The theoretical basis for the existence of two new elements (user and product semantics) in the model is analyzed, and the symbol of each element and its sub-symbol in the model are defined in detail. Established a common conceptual design process model that covers two major areas of engineering design and industrial design and is universally applicable to industrial and consumer products. Taking coffee machine design as an example, this paper analyzes the application of CFBSS conceptual design process model.
