糖尿病为常见病之一。在世界范围内其发病率正在增长。而现有的治疗方法都不够满意。主要问题是不能维持血糖于生理稳定状态。因而并发症多,影响癒后。 人工胰的研制,就是要研究出一种更合乎生理的使用胰岛素方法。在治疗糖尿病患者时,尽量维持其血糖经常在生理水平,以便最大限度的防止并发症和恢复劳动力。英国、美国、日本、加拿大的工作较多,目前我国也已开始研制。 本文介绍了人工胰的简史、种类、构造及其研究、临床概况,并展望了此项研究的未来。
Diabetes is one of the common diseases. Its incidence is on the rise worldwide. The existing treatment are not satisfied. The main problem is not able to maintain blood glucose in a physiologically stable state. Thus more complications, the more affected. The development of artificial pancreas, is to develop a more physiological way to use insulin. In the treatment of diabetic patients, try to maintain their blood glucose often at physiological levels, in order to maximize the prevention of complications and recovery of labor. Britain, the United States, Japan and Canada have more jobs. At present, our country has also started to develop it. This article describes a brief history of artificial pancreatic, type, structure and its research, clinical overview, and prospects for the future of this study.
