探究了棉纤维在氯化1-丁基-3甲基咪唑离子液体中达到最佳半溶解状态时的条件,即利用生物显微镜观察纤维在不同条件下的溶解状态,通过对比分析纤维在电镜下的溶解状态图以及综合材料和时间成本得出能使纤维达到最佳半溶解状态的工艺条件为:棉纤维和离子液体的浴比为1∶43,离子液体的质量分数为99%。
The conditions of cotton fiber reaching the best semi-dissolving state in 1-butyl-3-methylimidazolium chloride liquid were explored, that is, the state of fiber dissolution under different conditions was observed by using a biological microscope. By comparing the fiber under the electron microscope The dissolution state diagram and the synthesis material and the time cost result in the optimum semi-dissolving state of the fiber. The process conditions are as follows: the liquor ratio of the cotton fiber and the ionic liquid is 1:43, and the mass fraction of the ionic liquid is 99%.
