采用动力分析软件LS-DYNA系统地分析了基本顶不同断裂线位置以及不同充填带结构情况下充填带内应力、应变关系。研究表明:不留顶煤时充填带上部先发生剪切破坏可能性最大。受关键岩块B断裂回转产生动载效应的影响,基本顶断裂线位于充填带内侧时充填带内应力、应变大幅度增加。预留顶煤后充填带内应力、应变可大幅度降低。工程应用效果表明了预留顶煤能有效降低充填带内应力,大幅度减小充填带的变形量,从而确保充填带的稳定性。
The dynamic analysis software LS-DYNA was used to systematically analyze the stress and strain in the filling zone under the condition of different breakline locations and filling structures. The research shows that it is most likely that there is shear failure in the upper part of the filling zone without leaving the top coal. Due to the dynamic load effect caused by the fracture of the key rock block B, the stress of the basic top fault line filled in the inner part of the filling strip increased greatly. After the top coal is reserved, the stress in the filling zone can be greatly reduced. The engineering application shows that the reserved top coal can effectively reduce the stress in the filling zone and greatly reduce the deformation of the filling zone so as to ensure the stability of the filling zone.
