本文报道了新螯合剂N,N-双-羧甲基氨基乙酰蛋氨酸的合成。用pH滴定法在25±0.1℃,μ=0.1(KNO_3)下测定了它的酸解离常数(pk_a_1=2.452,pk_a_2=3.320,pk_a_3=6.799)及它与铟(Ⅲ)离子的螯合物生成常数(logK_(InL)=8.90,logK_(InL)_2=6.47,logβ_InL_2=15.37),还测定了螯合物在30±0.1℃及μ=0.1(KNO_3)时的水解常数(K_a=1.9×10~(-5)),并算出形成正常螯合物的最佳pH值约为4.8。对形成配合物的物种及配位原子作了初步的探讨。
This paper reports the synthesis of a novel chelator, N, N-bis-carboxymethylaminoacetyl methionine. Its acid dissociation constant (pk_a_1 = 2.452, pk_a_2 = 3.320, pk_a_3 = 6.799) and its chelate with indium (Ⅲ) ion were determined by pH titration at 25 ± 0.1 ℃ and μ = 0.1 The hydrolysis constants (K a = 1.9 × 10 6) of the chelates at 30 ± 0.1 ° C and μ = 0.1 (KNO 3) were also determined as constants (log K_InL = 8.90, log K_InL_ 2 = 6.47 and log β_InL_2 = 15.37) 10 ~ (-5)), and calculate the formation of a normal chelate the best pH of about 4.8.
