[目的]探讨非小细胞肺癌组织中RECK和MT1-MMP蛋白的表达和相关性。[方法]采用免疫组化SP法检测RECK和MT1-MMP在48例肺癌组织和癌旁正常肺组织中的表达情况。[结果]肺癌组织中RECK表达阳性率为29.2%,明显低于癌旁正常肺组织中的62.5%。肺癌组织中MT1-MMP表达阳性率为68.8%,明显高于癌旁正常肺组织中的10.4%(P<0.05)。与无淋巴结转移和Ⅰ、Ⅱ期的肺癌组织相比,在有淋巴结转移和Ⅲ期的肺癌组织中,RECK的阳性表达是降低的,而MT1-MMP的阳性表达是增高的(P<0.05)。RECK和MT1-MMP的表达有负相关关系(χ2=8.263,r=-0.437,P<0.05)。[结论]RECK蛋白在肺癌中具有低表达,MT1-MMP蛋白在肺癌中具有高表达,两者可能参与了肺癌的发生,在肺癌的侵袭和转移中发挥重要作用,并且具有协同作用。
[Objective] To investigate the expression and correlation of RECK and MT1-MMP protein in non-small cell lung cancer. [Method] The expression of RECK and MT1-MMP in 48 cases of lung cancer tissues and adjacent normal lung tissues were detected by immunohistochemical SP method. [Results] The positive rate of RECK expression in lung cancer tissues was 29.2%, which was significantly lower than 62.5% in normal lung tissues. The positive rate of MT1-MMP expression in lung cancer tissues was 68.8%, which was significantly higher than that in normal lung tissues (10.4%, P <0.05). The positive expression of RECK was lower and the expression of MT1-MMP was higher in lung cancer tissues with lymph node metastasis and stage Ⅲ than those without lymph node metastasis and stage Ⅰ, Ⅱ (P <0.05) . RECK and MT1-MMP expression was negatively correlated (χ2 = 8.263, r = -0.437, P <0.05). [Conclusion] RECK protein is low expressed in lung cancer. MT1-MMP protein is highly expressed in lung cancer. Both of them may play an important role in lung cancer invasion and metastasis, and may play a synergistic role in lung cancer.
