本文概述了几种监测零件磨损失效方法的优缺点,並且简要地阐述了作者新近研制的一种实现液体润滑在线监测报警装置的结构原理。以凸轮挺柱磨损试验机中试验凸轮挺柱副的接触疲劳失效在线监测为例,论述了该装置可以依据预定的磨屑累积高度或磨屑尺寸的最小极限值发出报警信号,从而能够防止破坏性故障突然发生;或者用于确定单独液体润滑系统中某一摩擦副的接触疲劳寿命。
This paper outlines the advantages and disadvantages of several methods to monitor wear failure of parts, and briefly describes the structural principle of an on-line monitoring and alarming device newly developed by the author. Taking the on-line monitoring of contact fatigue failure of the cam lifter pair in the cam tappet abrasion testing machine as an example, this paper discusses that the device can send an alarm signal according to the minimum limit value of the predetermined debris accumulation height or the size of the wear debris so as to prevent the damage Sudden occurrence of a malfunction; or to determine the contact fatigue life of a friction pair in a separate liquid lubrication system.
