全生命周期成本管理的思想在电力行业应用较少。为了在电力行业运用全生命周期成本理论,提出了变电站项目的全生命周期成本映射模型。从变电站全生命周期成本内涵出发,对变电站项目进行工程结构分解和成本分解,在此基础上建立了变电站项目的全生命周期成本映射模型。最后结合资金的时间价值,提出了成本映射模型的运用方式。此映射模型及其应用方法对变电站的建设决策分析、变电站的设计方案优选、设备的选型等具有参考价值。
The idea of total life cycle cost management is less used in the power industry. In order to apply life-cycle cost theory in power industry, a full life-cycle cost mapping model of substation project is proposed. Based on the connotation of total life cycle cost in substations, the engineering structure decomposition and cost decomposition of substation project are carried out. Based on this, the lifecycle cost mapping model of substation project is established. Finally, combined with the time value of funds, put forward the use of cost mapping model. This mapping model and its application method have reference value to the decision-making of substation construction, optimization of substation design and equipment selection.
