〔目的〕探讨经皮肝穿胆道内涵管置入治疗梗阻性黄疸的疗效及并发症。〔方法〕对55例梗阻性黄疸患者行经皮肝穿胆道内涵管置入术 ,其中45例随访30至332天 ,观察近中期疗效和并发症。〔结果〕经皮肝穿胆道内涵管置入术技术成功率为100%。置入后血总胆红素水平较置入前明显下降(P<0 05)。开通时间平均为108天 ,半年开通率为56%。并发症发生率16 % ,主要包括胰腺炎和逆行胆道感染等。〔结论〕经皮肝穿胆道内涵管置入术疗效可靠 ,可作为胆管阻塞介入治疗的另一种选择。
[Objective] To investigate the efficacy and complications of percutaneous transhepatic biliary duct insertion in the treatment of obstructive jaundice. [Methods] 55 patients with obstructive jaundice were treated with percutaneous transhepatic biliary duct insertion. Among them, 45 cases were followed up for 30 to 332 days, and the curative effect and complication were observed. 〔Results〕 Percutaneous transhepatic biliary intubation implantation technique success rate was 100%. Blood total bilirubin levels were significantly lower than before implantation (P <0 05). The average opening time is 108 days, with a half-year opening rate of 56%. The complication rate was 16%, mainly including pancreatitis and retrograde biliary tract infection. [Conclusion] percutaneous transhepatic biliary duct placement is reliable and can be used as an alternative to interventional treatment of biliary obstruction.
