航路网络交叉处高密度交通形成的冲突是诱发管制员工作负荷的主要因素,合理的冲突解脱策略可以降低对保护空域的需求.针对典型2向交叉流结构,在分析横向侧移冲突解脱策略优势与不足的基础上,提出了更符合管制实际需求的基于2次航向改变的组合冲突解脱策略.首先建立了不受空域约束的组合策略数学模型.组合策略较横向侧移策略占用较少的机动缓冲空域.进一步建立了受空域约束的组合策略数学模型,通过仿真讨论了不同策略的空域资源可用率.初始偏置角与航迹交叉角存在复杂制约关系,其合理配置可缩小缓冲区范围,增加空域资源可用率.
