按照深圳市“十一五”卫生事业规划,“十一五”期间深圳市政府将计划建设95个卫生项目,总投资186亿元,新建市级三级甲等综合医院6家,床位数在1000张左右的有5家、床位数2000张的1家。为了科学、合理的在新建综合医院配置大中型医学装备,深圳市卫生局于2008年3月份对全市所有大型综合医院进行了调查,通过分析2007年全年的门诊病人数,急诊病人数、住院病人数、住院床位数、实际开放床位数、各种大中型设备的台数和每天工作量、年工作总量,单机饱和工作量等,对深圳市目前医学装备配置及使用情况进行全面了解,并计算出千门诊病人检查所需的设备台数的变量系数(Y),千住院病人检查所需的设备台数的变量系数(Z),最后通过多参数变量回归法导出公式,通过预测新建医院开业时的日门诊病人数和住院病人数计算出该医院所需要的某项设备具体台数(X),即X=日门诊病人数×Y+日住院病人数×Z。从而为新建医院的医学装备配置提供科学合理的方法,此法不仅适用于深圳,也对其它地区的新建大型综合医院医学装备配置有一定的参考价值。
