一般来说,教师在每一节课前都会备课,把课堂教学的各环节都设想得比较合理充分,讲起课来才会信心十足、顺畅自然。尽管如此,有时在课堂教学过程中还是会出现一些出乎意料的事,发生在教师或学生身上都有可能。反思自己的英语课堂教学时,我印象深刻的并不是那些比较满意流畅的常规课,而是那些出了“意外”的课堂片段。记得我刚参加工作时,只要某节课上学生的表现和我预想的教学步骤不一样,我就会非常紧张慌乱,对当堂课的教学效果也有一定的
In general, teachers prepare lessons before each lesson, so that all aspects of classroom teaching are conceived to be more reasonable and full, so that they can be confident and smooth when speaking of lessons.
