在实验室条件下,用水蒸汽蒸馏法提取雪松叶精油和马尾松叶精油,用浸液法测定其对白纹伊蚊和致倦库蚊IV龄期幼虫和蛹的毒杀活性。结果表明:雪松叶精油对白纹伊蚊和致倦库蚊IV龄期幼虫/蛹的24 h LC50值分别是119.58/229.91、146.47/240.80μg/mL。马尾松叶精油对白纹伊蚊和致倦库蚊IV龄期幼虫/蛹的24 h LC50值分别是135.53/260.10、162.54/257.69 g/mL。可见雪松叶精油和马尾松叶精油对白纹伊蚊和致倦库蚊有较强的毒杀活性,具有研发成高效、对环境友好的灭蚊剂潜力。
Under laboratory conditions, cedar leaf essential oil and Pinus massoniana essential oil were extracted by steam distillation, and their toxicity to IV and larvae and pupae of Aedes albopictus and Culex pipiens quinquefasciatus was determined by immersion method. The results showed that the LC50 values of Cedar leaf essential oil for IV and IV larvae / pupae of Aedes albopictus and Culex pipiens pallens were 119.58 / 229.91,146.47 / 240.80μg / mL respectively. The 24 h LC50 values of Masson pine leaf essential oils to IV and IV cats were 135.53 / 260.10,162.54 / 257.69 g / mL, respectively. Visible cedar leaf oil and masson pine leaf essential oil Aedes albopictus and Culex quinquefasciatus have strong toxicity, with research and development into efficient and environmentally friendly mosquito potential.
