目的总结去毒凉散药膏配合游离植皮治疗难愈性创面的临床经验。方法选择我科于2012年5月~2015年5月收治的21例难愈性创面患者，清创后用“去毒凉散药膏”换药，待坏死组织脱净、肉芽组织生长较好时，用游离植皮方法修复。结果自2012年5月以来，采用此方法治疗难愈性创面患者21例，植皮成活率90.48%，创面均Ⅰ期愈合。结论难愈性创面清创后，用“去毒凉散药膏”换药能有效清除坏死组织，促进肉芽组织生长，改善局部组织营养，能显著提高植皮成活率。“,”Objective To summarize clinical experience of Cool to poison spread ointment combination with free skin graft in treatment of refractory wounds. Methods 21 patients with painless sex wound in our department in May 2012 to May 2015 were selected, after wound debridement,“cool to poison spread ointment”was used to change a medical prescription, stay the necrotic tissue to take of the net, granulation tissue growth change bet er, free skin graft method was adopt to repair. Results Since May 2012, skin graft survival rate of 21 patients with using this method in treatment of painless wound were 90.48%, al wounds were healing in first stage. Conclusion After wound debridement, using “ Cool to poison spread ointment” to change a medical prescription treatment can ef ectively remove the necrotic tissue, promote the growth of granulation tissue, and improve the local tissue nutrition, which can significantly enhance the survival rate of skin graft.
