本文分析了23例流行性腮腺炎并发睾丸炎者的临床表现,并结合随访观察,重点了解患者病愈后生育情况.现将结果报道如下.临床资料一、一般资料:23例并发睾丸炎的流行性腮腺炎者为我院1982～1988年住院患者,发病时均未婚,年龄12～24岁,均有发热、腮腺肿大及睾丸肿痛,腮腺炎病毒特异性IgM型抗体阳性.
