目的:探讨乌司他丁联合连续性血液净化对严重脓毒血症患者D-二聚体和降钙素原的影响。方法:将69例严重脓毒血症患者随机分为乌司他丁+血液净化组及对照组,比较两组间血浆D-二聚体、降钙素原水平,并根据Kaplan-Maier生存分析探索乌司他丁联合血液净化对脓毒血症患者预测价值。结果:乌司他丁联合血液净化的D-二聚体以及降钙素原明显低于对照组(P<0.05),Kaplan-Maier生存分析显示,乌司他丁组较对照组可提高患者28 d生存率。结论:乌司他丁联合连续血液净化治疗严重脓毒血症可以降低D-二聚体以及降钙素原,减轻炎症反应,从而改善预后。
Objective: To investigate the effect of ulinastatin combined with continuous blood purification on D-dimer and procalcitonin in patients with severe sepsis. Methods: Sixty-nine patients with severe sepsis were randomly divided into ulinastatin + blood purification group and control group. Plasma D-dimer and procalcitonin levels were compared between the two groups. According to Kaplan-Maier survival analysis To explore the predictive value of ulinastatin combined with blood purification in patients with sepsis. Results: The ulinastatin combined blood purification of D-dimer and procalcitonin were significantly lower than those of the control group (P <0.05). Kaplan-Maier survival analysis showed that ulinastatin increased 28 d Survival rate. Conclusion: Ulinastatin combined with continuous blood purification for severe sepsis can reduce D-dimer and procalcitonin, reduce inflammation and improve prognosis.
