一、前言我厂自1964年以来,曾使用鞍钢生产的16MnL或16MnReL钢板冲制汽车车架和钢圈等零件。由于这种钢板的带状组织和夹杂物级别高,所以钢板的冷弯性能差,冲压生产时零件的开裂率也大,一般为10~40%。在BJ212纵梁成型时,严重的能裂成几块。在冲压轮辐时,钢板虽经退火处理,开裂也是不可避免的。另外,发动机支架、避震器支架等零件用20、25钢冲压也存在如上的问题。为了解决上述零件冲压开裂问题,1973年曾与鞍钢研究使用13MnTi钢板。13MnTi钢
