目的:研究中药复方抑肝散活性部位的化学物质基础,为阐明其药理作用机制提供理论依据。方法:应用各种色谱和光谱方法,对抑肝散活性部位的化学成分进行分离和鉴定。结果:从抑肝散活性部位中分离得到15个化合物,分别鉴定为卡达宾(1),钩藤碱(2),甘草苷(3),甘草素(4),异甘草苷(5),异甘草素(6),saikochromoside A(7),汉黄芩苷(8),芒柄花苷(9),tetrahydroxymethoxychalcone(10),槲皮素(11),山奈酚(12),洋川芎内酯Ⅰ(13),洋川芎内酯H(14)和阿魏酸(15)。结论:以上化合物均为首次从抑肝散活性部位中分离得到。
OBJECTIVE: To study the chemical basis of the active part of Chinese medicine compound Yagan powder and provide a theoretical basis for elucidating its pharmacological mechanism. Methods: Various chemical and spectral methods were used to separate and identify the chemical constituents of YFGS. Results: Fifteen compounds were isolated from the active fractions of Yogan San and identified as cardabine (1), rhynchophylline (2), glycyrrhizin (3), liquiritigenin (4) and isoliquiritigenin , Isoliquiritigenin (6), saikochromoside A (7), baicalin (8), monatin (9), tetrahydroxymethoxychalcone (10), quercetin Ester I (13), Rhizoma Chuanxiong H (14) and ferulic acid (15). Conclusion: The above compounds were isolated from the active site of YPW for the first time.
