将高油玉米花粉给普通玉米授粉,研究杂交组合籽粒中蛋白质含量和氮代谢相关酶活性的变化情况。试验结果表明,与普通玉米自交相比,授高油玉米花粉的普通玉米籽粒中的蛋白质含量增加。高油玉米花粉提高了普通玉米叶片中硝酸还原酶和籽粒中谷氨酸脱氢酶的活性,籽粒中谷胺酰胺合成酶和谷氨酸合成酶的活性也有不同程度地提高。这种影响导致了杂交植株与普通玉米自交植株之间蛋白质合成能力的不同。
High-oil corn pollen pollination of common maize to study the combination of grain protein content and nitrogen metabolism related enzyme activity changes. The results showed that compared with the selfing of common maize, the protein content of common maize pollen grains increased. High-oil corn pollen increased nitrate reductase activity in maize leaves and glutamate dehydrogenase activity in grain, and activity of glutamine synthetase and glutamate synthase in grain increased to some extent. This effect leads to differences in the ability of the protein to synthesize between the hybrid plants and the common maize self-plants.
