陶行知先生“教学做合一”论断,同我们今天正在进行着的“自主、合作、探究”为指向的“学为中心”的教学改革息息相通。从教学主张的角度解析,它具有明确的以生为本、以学生的学为本的教育观念内涵;从课堂教学本质研究分析,它具有推动学生学习方式的改造:从被动接受现成知识的方式转型为主动建构知识的学习方式的效用。做好“教学做合一”的教材化、教学化、人格化研究,对于教师形成钻研和解读教材的独特视角,挖掘教材学理与事理,赋予教材和教学活动个性与生命,让教师的教学活动“烙上”“教学做合一”的色彩和痕迹,展现出独特的学理、事理融合、做中学与思的形态,都具有十分强大的促进作用。
