采用双层辉光离子渗金属技术在钛合金TC11表面原位合成TiN渗镀层以提高其耐磨性。利用OM、SEM、EDS、XRD对TiN渗镀层的形貌、组织成分、相结构进行分析;通过显微硬度、划痕试验对TiN层力学性能进行研究;通过常温磨损试验研究了TC11合金表面TiN渗镀层摩擦磨损行为及机理。结果表明,在常温磨损试验条件下TiN层摩擦系数下降一半,表现出较好的减磨耐磨性能;渗镀层显微硬度达到1400HV0.2;渗镀层与基体结合力为45N,结合强度高。
The double glow ion infiltration metal technology was used to synthesize TiN infiltration layer on the surface of titanium alloy TC11 to improve its wear resistance. The morphology, microstructure and phase structure of TiN coatings were analyzed by OM, SEM, EDS and XRD. The mechanical properties of TiN coatings were investigated by microhardness and scratch test. The wear resistance of TiN Friction and wear behavior and mechanism of infiltration coating. The results show that the friction coefficient of TiN layer decreases by half at normal temperature and shows a good wear-resistance; the microhardness of the coating reaches 1400HV0.2; the bonding strength of the coating is 45N and the bonding strength is high.
