自从γH2AX 在1998年首次发现以来，迅速成为多个学科领域的研究热点和研究工具。针对γH2AX建立的多种先进检测方法在生命科学和医学等多个领域内的应用展现了发展潜力。本文从其磷酸化和去磷酸化机制，各种检测分析技术的发展和建立，以及在相关领域里的应用进展等三个方面进行了综述。
