目的研究中枢5-HT能神经在焦虑症中的作用机制。方法用同位素配基结合技术测定大鼠脑皮质5-HT2A和5-HT1B受体结合力。结果间氯苯哌嗪(m-Chlorophenylpiperazine,mCPP)减少大鼠脑皮质5-HT2A受体结合力,对5-HT1B受体结合力无影响。结论中枢5-HT能神经的变化在焦虑症的发病机制中具有一定的作用。
Objective To study the mechanism of central 5-HT nerves in anxiety disorders. Methods The binding of 5-HT2A and 5-HT1B receptors in rat cerebral cortex was determined by isotope ligand binding assay. Results m-Chlorophenylpiperazine (mCPP) decreased the binding capacity of 5-HT2A receptor in rat cerebral cortex and had no effect on the binding capacity of 5-HT1B receptor. Conclusion The changes of central 5-HT nerve can play a certain role in the pathogenesis of anxiety.
