奖金是职工超额劳动和增收节支的报酬,从我部企业看,奖金名目多则几十种少则十几种,大体可归并为五类。(1)国家有关规定不进入工资总额的创造发明奖、自然科学奖、科技进步奖、合理化建议奖、技术改进奖等;(2)生产奖;(3)节约奖;(4)其他超额劳动收入提成支付的奖金;(5)政策规定的工资性奖励。本文结合我部部分企业的调查材料和实际情况,对奖金的激励作用和如何科学运用奖金激发广大职工的劳动积极性做初步的探索。
Bonuses are the rewards for excess labor and income savings for employees. From the perspective of our ministry, bonus titles range from a few dozen to a dozen or so, and can generally be grouped into five categories. (1) The national regulations do not enter the total amount of the invention of the Invention Invention Award, the Natural Science Award, the Science and Technology Progress Award, the Rationalization Proposal Award, the Technology Improvement Award, etc.; (2) the Production Award; (3) the Saving Prize; (4) Other Excess Labor The bonus paid for income commission; (5) The salary incentive provided by the policy. This article combines the investigation materials and actual conditions of some companies in our ministry and makes a preliminary exploration of the incentive effect of bonuses and how to scientifically use bonuses to stimulate the enthusiasm of the employees.
