某600MW超临界机组锅炉由于燃煤煤质较差导致再热汽温偏低、燃烧不稳及燃尽程度差等问题。提出了在炉膛四壁水冷壁敷设卫燃带的改造方案。对改造前后的炉内燃烧工况进行了数值模拟研究,分析了敷设卫燃带对煤粉气流的着火、过热器与再热器系统吸热比例、焦炭的燃尽等影响,并与现场改造情况进行了对比。研究表明这种敷设卫燃带的改造方案有助于解决该锅炉现场存在的问题。
A 600MW supercritical unit boiler due to poor coal quality led to low reheat steam temperature, poor combustion and burnout degree and other issues. The reform program of laying the deflagration belt on the water wall of the four walls of the furnace was put forward. The combustion conditions in the furnace before and after retrofitting were numerically simulated. The influence of the fire belts on the pulverized coal flow, the endothermic ratio of superheater and reheater system, and the burnout of coke were analyzed. The situation is compared. The research shows that this kind of reconstruction of laying health-care belt can help to solve the problem in the field of the boiler.
