目的:研究舒胸片6种成分在5种大孔树脂上的吸附-脱吸附性能。方法:分别以相对比吸附量(RA)、洗脱率为指标,考察舒胸片提取液中人参皂苷Rb1等6种成分在HPD-100等5种大孔树脂上的静态吸附和脱吸附性能。并在此基础上比较了综合吸附-脱吸附性能。结果:6种有效成分在5种树脂上的综合吸附-脱吸附性能以人参皂苷Rb1最好,羟基红花黄色素A最差;5种树脂对6种有效成分的综合吸附-脱吸附性能以HPD-100和LSA-30两种树脂相对为佳。结论:实验结果为合理确定舒胸片混合提取液的大孔树脂分离纯化工艺条件提供了实验依据。
OBJECTIVE: To study the adsorption-desorption properties of six components of Shu chestplot on five macroporous resins. Methods: The relative adsorption capacity (RA) and elution rate were taken as indexes to investigate the static adsorption and desorption properties of 6 components of ginseng saponin Rb1 on 5 macroporous resins HPD-100 . On this basis, the comprehensive adsorption-desorption performance was compared. Results: The total adsorption-desorption properties of the six active ingredients on the five resins were the best with ginsenoside Rb1 and the lowest with hydroxysafflor yellow A. The combined adsorption-desorption properties of the six active ingredients HPD-100 and LSA-30 two resins are better. Conclusion: The experimental results provide experimental evidence for the reasonable determination of the conditions for the separation and purification of macroporous resin from Shu-xian tablet mixed extract.
