目的:建立超高效液相色谱同时测定12种激素的方法,对皮肤病、哮喘类中成药及保健品中掺杂该类成分进行快速鉴别。方法:以Waters ACQUITY UPLC BEH C18色谱柱(1.7μm,2.1mm×50mm)分离,乙腈和水为流动相梯度洗脱,流速0.5mL·min-1。结果:12种激素完全分离。15批样品中有一批样品检出含有醋酸氟轻松。结论:该方法准确、快速、灵敏度高,可作为快速筛查皮肤病类和哮喘类中成药和保健品中是否非法添加这12种激素的筛子方法。
OBJECTIVE: To establish a method for the simultaneous determination of 12 hormones by ultra performance liquid chromatography (HPLC), and to identify rapidly the doping of these components in dermatosis, asthma, proprietary Chinese medicines and health supplements. Method: Separation on a Waters ACQUITY UPLC BEH C18 column (1.7 μm, 2.1 mm × 50 mm) with gradient elution of acetonitrile and water at a flow rate of 0.5 mL · min -1. Results: 12 hormones were completely separated. A batch of 15 batches of samples were found to contain fluocinolone acetonide. Conclusion: The method is accurate, rapid and sensitive. It can be used as a screening method for screening 12 kinds of hormones in skin diseases and asthma medicines and health products.
