扫描电镜力学性能自动测定系统采用微机处理技术,实时分离拉伸过程中样品的比例伸长和非比例伸长,从而实现弹性模量、屈服强度及相应变形等数据的自动处理、负荷-伸长曲线的自动记录及样品受力变形各阶段显微形貌的对应观察记录.为材料微观变形和宏观力学性能的相关研究分析提供了重要途径.本文报道了仪器的设计原理与软件流程以及仪器的性能和实用价值.
