精索静脉曲张是指精索蔓状静脉丛因各种原因引起的血液回流不畅而形成的局部静脉扩张、弯曲、伸长等病理现象,严重影响精子的发生和精液的质量,从而导致男性不育。在临床工作中,我们发现,精索静脉曲张常导致精子的头核固缩。我们对近3年来发现的65例精索静脉曲张病人的精液进行了涂片观察,现将结果报告如下。1 材料与方法1.1 检测对象 ①正常生育组:随机收集女方正值孕期或产后3个月以内,年龄24～30岁的男子30名的精液。②精索静脉曲张组:65例经本院泌尿外科确诊为精索静脉曲张的病人,年龄26～32岁。③无精索静脉曲张男性不育组:47例,年龄26～34岁。
