目的:比较中低度近视眼与正视眼近距离阅读后黄斑区视网膜厚度变化的区域差异性。方法:使用光学相干断层扫描技术,将黄斑区视网膜分为9个不同区域分别计算视网膜厚度,对比分析中低度近视与正常人近距离阅读后黄斑区视网膜厚度变化的区域性差异。结果:中低度近视与正视眼相比,黄斑区视网膜厚度在颞外象限、鼻外象限和外下象限视网膜厚度变薄;近距离阅读后,正视眼黄斑区视网膜厚度未出现变化,中低度近视眼颞外象限黄斑区视网膜厚度出现变化。结论:黄斑区视网膜厚度区域性差异与屈光状态有关;近距离阅读后,中低度近视眼与正视黄斑区视网膜厚度变化存在区域性差异。
OBJECTIVE: To compare regional differences in macular retinal thickness changes after moderate and low myopia and near-field eye reflexes. Methods: The optical coherence tomography was used to divide the retina of macular area into 9 different regions to calculate the retinal thickness respectively. The regional difference of macular retinal thickness after close reading of moderate and low myopia was compared with that of normal subjects. Results: Compared with eyesight, macular retina thickness in the temporal quadrant, nasal quadrant and external quadrant retinal thickness thinning; close reading, macular retinal thickness did not change, low Degree of myopia outside the temporal quadrant macular retinal thickness changes. CONCLUSION: The regional difference of retinal thickness in macular area is related to refractive status. There is a regional difference in the thickness of retina after macroscopy in short-term and low-myopia.
