促进人的全面发展是学校的永恒主题与价值追求。作为一所拥有60年历史的老校,作为一所高中新课程样本校,福建省龙岩二中把握了时代的脉搏,把学生的发展和教师的发展放在学校的发展根基上。他们务实地提出了“构建发展性课堂教学系统研究”之实验项目,并以此为统领,以学段为纵向连接点,以学科为横向突破点,构建了纵横交错的立体教研网络。为有效地促进学生发展,提升教师专业水准,学校高一年级提出了“良好学习品质的养成研究”之实验课题,高二年级确定了“有效提高学生学习兴趣和信心的方法研究”之实验课题,高三年级则针对各个层次学生的特点,确定了“分层次辅导,整体性提高模式研究”之实验课题。经过一年多的研究与实践,发展性课堂教学的理念在每个教师的心中植根,学生因此而健康快乐,学校因此而焕发出新的生机……
