一、概述将高温坯料装在一个圆管形容器里,挤压机的强大压力通过挤压杆施加于坯料的一端,迫使金属发生流动变形并从坯料另一端由模子和挤压针所组成的环形孔隙挤出而获得所需要的产品断面的方法称为挤压法。挤压法是与轧制法完全不同的一种新的钢管加工方法。挤压生产对工艺润滑剂和坯料表面质量要求高,坯料需实现无氧化加热。使用实心坯料时,为防止挤压管的壁厚不均,坯料的加工、加热、穿孔及相应的润滑等过程都有许多限制条件。钢管的热挤压生产具有以下优点:
